#13 Correction for ellipse angles (when exporting to svg)

Thanks for this great software works fine. For converting dxf of a mechanical drawing to svg i had to fix some minor issues.

A minor improvement for this patch in MathIUtils the cross funtion can be removed, and the invocation can be replaced by crossProduct.
