#1 Execute task binary with arguments

When arguments are added to the binary command to be
executed for a submitted task, it does not seems to
work. Need to be tested.

Specify a script launcher (shell) as task command, this
script will be able to passed argument to the binary,
possible argument value determined according runtime (thanks
to script language choosen).
