I just tried it, and it came across in 1 minute and 22 seconds.  Very
bursty, though, and for a while after the first 200Kb I thought it had
frozen.

SF is running on different hardware today than it was on Friday -- they just
did a massive upgrade.  Lots of little things have indeed been flaky since
that started.  Don't know what else to say about your download woes.
