[Jython-users] Size of jython 2 .7 compared to jython 2.5

Dear users,

Does anyone know why jython2.7-standalone.jar is about 40 MB,
while Jython 2.5 was only about 13 MB?

Can the 2.7standalone be stripped in some way?
