[Jython-dev] Please review fix for issue1629 (Jython+django-jython - no module named site)

Hello,

could anybody please review the fix for http://bugs.jython.org/issue1629 and 
apply it, provided the fix is OK. I'm not sure, if we need a testcase for this 
kind of bug (sys.path used prior to its initialization). This bug breaks WAR 
archives build by Django and Django-jython is an important application for jython.
