OK,

here is release zip[1] that should do it. You can set the 'auto' 
attribute of the relay/rendezvous elements in 
conf/DefaultConfiguration.xml to 'false' to disable retrieval of 
bootstrap relay and rdv peers.

Note: this is a release of the new development head with a changed 
backend. So be aware that this version could have some bugs. Feel free 
to post any you encounter.
