#24 Blocking unwanted buddies

It should be possible (in future versions) to block
unwanted buddies. On first contact there should be
the options 'add' and 'block' so that messages from
blocked buddies (uuid) would not be displayed any
more. In addition to that a small gui for managing
blocked and new unblocked buddies could be useful.

this could be extended invisible groups.

If someone is in your invisible group, you will not reply to
any ping messages he receives.

Could could even manage to extens the status configuration
to even not allow new buddies to see your status.

Of course, as a consequence, we need to change the send
message behaviour to send messages even if the buddy is
currently unavailable. That will clearly call for the "send
messages to offline buddie" RFE.

I guess first contact should be implemented by publishing
some subscription request advertisement to the peer group.
