[Jxcl-devel] 0.7a4 release

A new release has been posted to the Sourceforge download area.  This
release renames the JXunit module to UCovered, changes the documentation
accordingly, and makes some minor bug fixes.

CVS is currently *lagging* the tarballs, although this should be corrected
shortly.

The next release will be a beta release and should incorporate
* fixes for all known code bugs
* a corrected Maven build file
* improved documentation
* improved report facilities

This should be available by the end of the month.
