[Jxcl-devel] JXCL now using Ant 1.6.1; patches applied

The version of JXCL in CVS has been updated to reflect patches supplied
by Dale King (for which much thanks).  Also, the documentation and the
CVS code have been modified in accordance with changes in Ant with the
release of Ant 1.6.

After some further changes, another alpha release in JXCL, jxcl-0.7a3,
should be available at Sourceforge no later than Friday 8 April 2004.
