#48 how to install on the tomcat5.0.28+j2ee 1.4+windowsxp

I was downing the release 7.10 of version of soft
source and runing build.but i don't know how to install to
tomcat.
last,I down the bin,but when i was copy it to the
c:\tomcat 5.0\webapps and I us the IE to access this
page that"localhost/webmail" is timeout ,why?
I had install the need soft!
