#1 Motion detection is not working properly in darkness

In low light conditions, motion is constantly detected,
even when there is no actual motion.
this may be caused by artifacts in the image from the
camera, which only appear in low light conditions, and
that are interpreted as motion.

    Note: Maybe adding a scaling factor to the algorithm based on the average brightness/color value works to detect too dark images?
