Many improvements for Log4j, JDK 1.4 logging and Apache commons logging:
- Automatically adds Log statments to entry and exit points of every methods.
- Deals with subclassed loggers.

Just4log now supports optimization of Apache Commons Logging, Log4j and JDK1.4 Logging.
All three in one.

I can proudly announce :-) the first functionnal release of Just4log, named R0_2.
The anttask actually works fine for now.
