Hi,

The error occurs before entering in the JUpload code. It may be due to a firewall (local or not), filtering the applet jar file, or any local error.
Perhaps you prevent Java to be executed on your navigator ?
Can you open the Java Console, and check the error there ?
I don't where it is on Mac, but you can try right-clicking on it.
