#5 Execution times are incorrectly formatted

Description:
Execution times that are formatted to minutes and hours using the '~' sign gets an additional ' ' space between the '~' and the first digit. This additional space shall not be there since it might cause the time stamp to be split up over two lines in the output table. All spaces in the generated reports shall have their spaces replaced by " ".
