Summary: Make all JUnit 4TestCases backwards compatible with JUnit3

Initial Comment:
There are some test cases in the JUnit4 branch that do
not include the backwards compatibility code.  In other
words they're missing this:

static public junit.framework.Test suite() {
		return new JUnit4TestAdapter(AssertionTest.class);
	}

org.junit.tests.ValidationTest is an example of this.
