Summary: TestMethodRunner should take a TestMethod

Initial Comment:
TestMethodRunner currently takes as constructor arguments

(Object test, Method method, RunNotifier notifier, Description description)

Three of these arguments are bundled in the type TestMethod (if other coming commits are permanent).  It would be better to use the new type, but extensions pointing at the internal packages should be warned if the constructor is going to change.
