In NetBeans, go to Tools --> Library Manager, Click on "New Library", give it
a name (e.g. JUNG). When the new library is created, click on the "Add JAR/Folder..."
button, locate the JUNG library and add it. You're done. You have to repeat
this procedure for all the other libraries you want to use with JUNG.
