However, you can't usefully visualize them, for two reasons: (1) our existing layout algorithms don't scale to networks of this size and (2) you almost certainly don't have a big enough screen. (Think about it: say you have a 2000x2000 monitor, or 4 million pixels (and this would be a very large monitor). That's only 40 pixels, or about 6x6, for each vertex. Add in the edges and it looks like a complete mess.) You could try to focus on trying to visualize subgraphs of interest, e.g., use the KNeighborhood filter to pick out the vertices within 2 or 3 steps of a specified vertex.
