Read and respond to this message at: https://sourceforge.net/forum/message.php?msg_id=2374022 By: descargues Hello, the current size of my KKLayout is (600,600). Sometimes (33% of the cases) the Kamada-Kawai algorithm computes coordinates out of the bounds. For example, 632 or -20. My graph contains only 7 vertices. The only things I have changed is the initialization step. At the beginning my program carries out normally the layout operation. Then It filters the layout, and triggers again the layout calculation, but the starting position of the vertices which have survived the filtering is the coordinates computed by the first layout operation. Am I doing something wrong ? See you, Vincent ______________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this forum.
