Your guess is probably better than mine. You can generally persist Java objects (including JUNG graph objects, etc.) to things that act like file stores, though. How big is your graph? I would be surprised if you had a graph for which the 30 second limitation might be a problem for DSP. In any case, DSP does maintain internal state, although it does not expose it via the API. So you could hack it a little bit to allow two things: (1) incremental execution and (2) save out and restore that internal state. It wouldn't take much in either case; it's basically just a matter of working with structure that's already there but not exposed. Joshua |
