[Jung-support] Control which parallel edges are shown near each other?

I'm using a DirectedSparseMultigraph to display parallel edges. Vertices are
locked in an evenly-spaced horizontal arrangement, and I want "more
important" parallel edges to be shown vertically higher than "less
important" ones.

Is there a way to control this, such as through the arc height of individual
edges?

btw, is there a way to force self-loops to appear below the horizon and all
other loops above the horizon?
