Thank you Joshua. I succeeded in putting the labels and annotations in my graph
despite of the limitations.

But, I would like to use a TreeLayout, but it seems to me that the treelayout
could be used only if the graph is created "by hand" ( i.e. we have a vertex
root). Is it right?
