just switched the changelog/readme.txt presented on the bottom of
  https://sourceforge.net/projects/jump-pilot/files/OpenJUMP2_snapshots/
to a generated one from the git log.

in case you want to check what changed in a snapshot quickly you can read up in there :).. ede
