Hi, > kind of makes sense ... as all files recursively are added to the classpath. giving each extension it's own classloader with selected entries would solve this issue elegantly. > > of course, simply adding only jar/zip files and folders should also minimize the issue instantly ;).. want to give it a try for 1.5.2? want me to do it? You're right, it is an easy solution which can be included in 1.5.2. Just tested to exclude images (png, gif, jpg) in PlugInManager.findFilesRecursively() start of OJ-CORE env 4,5 s start of OJ-PLUS env 9 s start of OJ-PLUS before the change : 26 s I just checked that image files are still found by FillPatterns plugin. I can commit this change for 1.5.2 and then we'll see if we can come up with a better solution (maybe excluding recursive scan) Michaël PS do you think you'll have some time to have a look at this bug before 1.5.2 release ? https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3521940&group_id=118054&atid=679906 (as well as the unrecognized .gz file problem) > > ..ede > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ > Live Security Virtual Conference > Exclusive live event will cover all the ways today's security and > threat landscape has changed and how IT managers can respond.
