#323 Single letter shortcut keys will trigger 2 actions

When using the shortcut keys A, X, V, M or R to invoke editing operations, the layers and categories with names starting with A, X, V, M, R will be continuously highlighted.

For example, if I want to insert a vertex using the A key, the layers "Airports" and "Admin" will be constantly pointed out .

Confirmed with r.4071. Editing seems to be possible and because all these shortcuts affect selected features the edits are going to correct layers and features which means that bug is not critical.
