Album import may fail if there are lots of tracks and/or
tracks with long names. When the user clicks on the
Import button and the GUI displays "Importing Disc...",
there is normally a 5-20 second processing time, but
when this bug occurs, the browser will spin forever. The
problem is that all album + track information is sent to
the server in a single URL (GET request) and so when
the total length of the URL exceeds Internet Explorer's
2048 byte limit, the request never reaches the server.
We need to switch to use a POST request, which will
involve setting up a form in the hidden frame containing
all the name/value pairs.
