#11 Juice giving error msg, won't open

Can anyone help me with this?
I installed Juice on my windows 10 laptop and it would not download any of my mp3's so I uninstalled and when I re-installed it would not work, Juice says "error: see program files....." I have checked in case I left something juice related on the computer but there is nothing left of Juice. I re-install but no progress, I can download but it won't install and be workable. I get the lemon, click on it to load and get the error msg. It is driving me nuts!
