#10 Juice giving error msg, won't open

I installed Juice on my windows 10 laptop and it would not download any of my mp3's so I uninstalled and when I re-installed it would not work, Juice says "error: see program files....." I have checke there is nothing left of Juice on my computer before I re-install but no progress.
