#95 Multiple "Download skipped" warnings when low on disk space

When the free disk space falls below the required free disk space that Juice is configured to look for, multiple warnings appears.

After having left my computer on overnight, I found the screen cluttered with warnings.

Fix suggestion 1: don't display any warnings if the previous warning has not been closed.

Fix suggestion 2: don't display any warnings at all, but change the tray icon to reflect the fact that Juice has stopped downloading.

I definately prefer fix 2.
