#93 Tag <itunes:new-feed-url> not obeyed

The tag "<itunes:new-feed-url>" does not seem to be obeyed properly in juice. The tag tells the podcast reader that it should update the location of the podcast to the one found inside the tag. The spec for this can be found here http://www.apple.com/itunes/store/podcaststechspecs.html#_Toc526931687.

This was found when trying to load a podcast containing the tag from a server that could not return a HTTP 301. To see this running properly check how iTunes handles the tag (the podcast works fine in iTunes as the feeds bookmark is updated without a user prompt and latest episode is downloaded).
