#88 Special characters not recognized

Juice v2.2 has problem with special characters (not in ASCII tabel).
Problem for directories names as well as for file names.

Logs:

The download is done but the main problem is that the file is not marked as 'downloaded' and will be downloaded again and again...

Would it not possible to:
- give possibility to edit names (directories and/or files)?
- delete not supported characters from names (names will be a bit strange but at least it will work!)
- support more characters sets (best solution but certainly lots or works, there are so many different ones!)?
