#73 Unicode Support

When Juice tries to access anything that has something to do with unicode characters. (in my case, Unicode Korean). Juice does a lot of terrible things.

For example...

1. Juice doesn't start up when User's My Document folder contains non-ascii letter.
2. Juice cannot finish downloading podcast from a feed that contains non-ascii letters as it cannot change the files name into the name that contains unicode letter.
