#52 duplicate entries and other things

I've noticed that Juice is acting somewhat strangely of
late.

Duplicate entries for subscribed podcasts, wpisodes
from other 'casts showing up in newly subscribed 'casts.

I dumped the opml file and looked at it and there are
no duplicate subs in there.
