#183 extended file name

Sometimes, although the name of the file is listed on the Juice schedule as (eg):

Answer_Me_This_Episode_183.mp3

Which is correct, the name of the file that gets saved is actually:

Answer_Me_This_Episode_183_sid_686e73ea6c936114d95fde993311738c_l_sid_18589_l_eid__l_mid_2652004.mp3

Which entails some editing. This happens randomly on different podcasts from different sources - this is just a recent podcast to which this happened.

This also happened on the last episodes of (eg):
33_Episode_33_sid_72e732089eb5a84f3d455d44cf556353_l_sid_23834_l_eid__l_mid_2653031.wav
Tims_Take_On_episode_78_sid_44c1a5b9418b6cb1f38faa376fe5f2da_l_sid_24131_l_eid__l_mid_2653226.mp3

And happens randomly on many files I download (even from bbc.co.uk ! )
