#135 Preferences General cut off display

With a screen resolution of 1600 x 1200 and 200% fonts the Preferences General tab does not display completely. The Location and Storage Management section is truncated. The Stop recording if hard disk box only displays 3 digits. Only the very tops of the letters of the text about file locations are visible. It is not possible to see the box where the location is to be entered, or to reach it using the tab key. Is there any other way to control the file location of downloaded files? (I do not want them on my C: partition.)
