The downloads are ready, but juice cannot log it. So delete the logfile, than juice re-reads the existing content of the local feed-path and allready finds okay. To make it easier create a link on cmd.exe like this:
%SystemRoot%\system32\cmd.exe /D /C del "%userprofile%\Anwendungsdaten\iPodder\history\history.db"
