#7 Declaration of j__L_LeafWOffset and the like

When linking the example given in the documentation of JudySL I get the error messages:
-> not resolved external symbol j__L_LeafWOffset
-> ... (other symbols not defined)

I'm compiling with Visual Studio .NET 2002 on WinXP.
