Not sure if the maintainers are still working on this project.

I enclose here 3 patches which are also available at https://github.com/dlmiles/libjudy

These fix 3 matters:

• Relocated builds with ../configure
• The dependency hierarchy in doc/Makefile.am for parallel building
• Compiling for LLP64 data models, Win64

I would appreciate any review and feedback.

I include them in this forum at sourceforge as a good open source citizen and wish to thank you for your efforts in maintaining this package.
