#81 Insert break between categories

Often in tournements, we would like to add a break when after a certain category - ie when going from MU15 to MU18. It could be great that you coud drag'n'drop a break into the categories page between two blocks, so that the fights pause until it is removed.

This will alså make it possible to create the whole schedule on beforehand, and then just remove the breaks when the next block starts.
