Hi folks,

Small update. I realized the improvement algorithm was missing some
opportunities to flip edges between pairs of triangles that had become
adjacent after earlier improvements.  The attached new version of
EarClipper.java fixes this (in a brute force fashion). It also adds a
few extra comments to the code.
