#8 KTreeMap plug-in should be split

The KTreeMap Eclipse plug-in contains a plugin.xml file which defines a number of extensions, including a "KTreeMap View" which shows fairly useless sample data.

Because of this, any RCP application or tool that wishes to use the KTreeMap API will necessarily also have the sample view in its menus. Most real applications will not want to have this view.

The plug-in should be split into a core API plug-in, and a secondary plug-in containing the example code and sample view.
