#74 Closing quotes around attribute values

The original HTML code:

<img src="images/spacer.gif" width="10 height="1">

Please note that closing quotes of width attribute are
missing. In Tidy's documentation it is said that the
missing quotes are reported. However after running
JTidy I get the following code:

<img src="images/spacer.gif"
width="10 height=" />

In the errors file the report is:

Warning: <img> unknown attribute value "null"

the wrong warning reported has already been fixed. The
handling of the missing quote is consistent with the current
version of tidy.

Added testcase to cvs.
For a better output tidy should be able to guess the correct
position of closing quotes.
