I will try to spend some time looking at this later today with some of the later versions of known working Gnutella servents and let you know what i find. In the meantime, can you tell me what setup you used for your LAN test? What software/versions did you use other than Jtella? How did you set things up...? Did you get multiple versions of the other software working with each other?
