#8 JSMS needs admin privileges on Windows

Reported by a user:

When a user logs onto an xp machine their user account has membership to the 'users group' members of this group by default are not allowed to write to the hard drive, only their own virtual area, whereas admins can.

The folder JSMS is installed in doesn't by default give the users group write access to the folder, only admins can. This means most will need an admin to install the app to get it to work proper.
