When I double click on the exe generated by JSmooth, the related icon that appears in the task bar is the standard java icon (cup of coffe). Is it the normal behavior ? I expected the icon of my app to appear in the task bar . Is it possible ?

yes it is possible, you need to add icon while creating exe also you need to check "launch java app in exe process" check box from skeleton section.
