#3 maven repo has only 0.9.3 => update repo

please update the jsefa also in the maven repository. Currently only version 0.9.3 is available and also the sources are missing.

Ideally if you release a new version an update to the maven repo should be done automagically. If needed I can support you.

mavencentral already holds the 0.9.3

The newest release 1.1.0.RELEASE is now promoted to central repository.

Please, be aware that the Code and Project was migrated from org.jsefa to net.sf.jsefa due to new Maven Central Repo guidelines.
