JavaScript CharCount / News: Recent posts

I've finally gotten the actualy script uploaded! I had some trouble with my ftp, but it's up and ready to download. There's two files, one is the .js file it's self and one is a zip file of the .js file and a readme file for complete instructions on how to set up the script. It takes a little bit of editing to set it up, but I will hopefully develope an easier way of doing it in the future. I welcome any and all feedback, including bug reports and feature requests, and suggestions for making the code better. have fun.
