#18 jsch with vfs and Cygwin Server fails
With Jsch 0.1.24 (and 0.1.21) in combination with
apache jakarta commons vfs and a Cygwin SFTP Server
most commands failed.
The problem is a bug in the relative path handling in
ChannelSftp.java , which can lead to internal path
expressions with double slashes at start
like "//my/path".
patch solving this bug
