[Jsbsim-devel] turbine rotation on spawning

When spawning in Outerra the turbine is rotating.

We can initialise with the fuel cutoff to 1 but this seems to be after the
fact that the engine was running,so it's on the slow down, from 6000 rpms
that's quite a long slow down

Is there a way to spawn without the engine having ever started ?
