I tried changing the map to the first part of the mission CMAC and It likes other locations but not that one?

This is surely a problem with Ardupilot as JSBSim does not maintain a terrain altitude map. It expects to get this information from the software that is controlling it.

Sean has done some work in this area using JSBSim with Microsoft Flight Sim, so perhaps he can give you some clues as to what to look for in Ardupilot.
